How we help

We provide a variety of services. All of our services are centered around Family Life Coaching principles. Family Life Coaching utilizes research based, theory-driven techniques to connect and assist families, as a whole, and family members individually. Family Life Coaches empower families and family members individually to identify their strengths and achieve their self-desired goals. (Machara, Kruenegel-Farr and Allen, 2020).

Let me introduce myself

My name is Je'Toya Robinson and I am a Certified Family Life Coach. I have my graduate certificate in Family Life Coaching from North Carolina State University and my Bachelors of Arts undergraduate degree in Sociology from Fayetteville State University I was born, raised and currently living in North Carolina. I love spending time with Family and Friends. Coaching, Mentoring, Singing, Writing, Traveling and Hosting Outreach events are some of my favorite things to do.

  • What age do you serve ?

    We serve young ladies 18-25yrs. There will be occasional coaching sessions available to women 25yrs and older. 

  • Where can I find services for my teen daughter ?

    We have a variety of services for female teens, such as but not limited to: Mentor program,  group and individual coaching sessions. 

  • Are you a counselor ?

    We do not provide counseling services. Family Life Coaching services can be a resource to individuals who desire to better their lives outside of counseling.

  • How much does it cost ?

    Costs range from $25 and up. We encourage you to contact us so we can customize our service and costs to your specific needs.

  • Where are you located ?

    We are located in North Carolina providing virtual services. 

Presentations to community, church and/or school groups are available.
